Anyone tried the Sapphire Reserve Travel Designer?

Planning a Europe trip next year for a wedding and thinking of using the Reserve Travel Designer to help build it into a longer vacation. Curious if they only book within The Edit hotels on Chase Travel or if they actually find deals outside the Chase network too. Anyone here used it before and think it’s worth it?
