Trying to help my sister fly from Orlando to Lansing she has cognitive disabilities and needs someone to walk her to the gate. Breeze told me to ask for a “guest pass” at the counter, but said it’s limited and not guaranteed.
I tried texting their support, which took forever, and couldn’t get much clarity on when they approve these passes or what to do if it’s denied. Has anyone gone through this before or know how strict they are about giving guest passes at MCO?
