Anyone else noticing people rushing the front when landing now?

Been flying for years and this used to be rare, but it’s becoming pretty common lately. First really noticed it a few years ago on a flight into Shanghai, where as soon as the seatbelt sign went off people rushed the aisle and pushed forward.

Fast forward to now and I’m seeing it on a lot of US flights too. Not always a full sprint, but enough people jumping up and clogging the aisle that normal row by row deplaning breaks down.

I get that a few people might have tight connections, but it’s clearly not everyone doing this. Just feels like basic deplaning etiquette has gone out the window. I expect it on ultra low cost carriers, but it’s surprising to see it happening so often on Delta now too.

Curious if others are noticing the same thing or if this is just the new normal.
