Anyone else missing Hawaiian miles after the Alaska merge?

I don’t see my Hawaiian miles showing up in my Alaska (Atmos) account. Do we have to manually request the transfer? I can’t even log into my old HA account anymore, and rewards customer service is impossible to reach 5-hour waits on chat and phone.
