Anyone else getting more comfortable with EV road trips?

This story made me think about our travel experiences with EVs and how far we've come. Remember when finding a charging station was like searching for buried treasure? Now I'm seeing them everywhere - at hotels, shopping centers, and even scenic viewpoints. Just last month, I took my first long-distance EV trip and was amazed at how different the experience was compared to what I expected based on older stories about range anxiety.

I think we're at an exciting turning point for green travel. With newer EVs pushing 300+ mile ranges and charging networks expanding rapidly, those old fears about getting stranded seem to be fading away. Sure, you still need to plan your stops more carefully than with a gas car, but isn't that part of what makes road trips special - the journey itself? I'm actually finding myself discovering cool local spots during charging breaks that I would've missed otherwise. Would love to hear your experiences with this!
