Anyone else feel like Uber One is kind of pointless?

I’m starting to think Uber One just isn’t worth anything. Even with it, the fees still stack up and my monthly credits get eaten fast. Amex covers the membership for me, but I barely use Uber Eats and I’m not really seeing the benefit.
