Anyone actually used the CDG fast track for tight connections?

I’ve got a one-hour connection at CDG on Thursday, coming in from Lisbon and heading out to Phoenix. Kinda stressing it.

Has anyone used the fast track setup there? Just wondering if it actually helps or if it’s basically the same as those third-party “expedited transfer” services.
