Anyone actually do the Hyatt vacation club promo stay? Worth it?

Got one of those mailers offering a pretty good rate at a Hyatt Regency, but the catch is sitting through a vacation club presentation.

The location actually works for a trip I already need to take, so I’m tempted. I’ve read the fine print about booking and cancellation.

For anyone who’s done it… what’s the real catch? Is it just a high pressure sales pitch for a couple hours and that’s it? Or does it end up being more hassle than it’s worth?

Trying to decide if this is a smart way to save or something I’ll regret.
