Just trying to move my interisland flight one hour later and literally none of the systems work. HA website won’t let me change it. AS website won’t let me change it. HA chat is useless. AS chat is useless. Both just keep copy-pasting “Please allow me a few minutes” and then disappear.
I booked it on Hawaiian’s site, so this shouldn’t be complicated at all.
This merger feels like a straight dumpster fire right now. Tired of being told “the merger isn’t complete” when nothing actually works.
