I have a work trip this week where I’m staying at both a Home2 Suites and a Hilton Garden Inn. I’ve stayed at these properties before and previously received points for similar stays.
From what I can see in Concur, nothing about the booking process has changed. However, on June 10 I received an email from Hilton reminding me to select my benefits ahead of an upcoming stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. At the same time, the Hilton app is showing a warning that this is a third-party booking and may not be eligible for points or benefits.
It’s unclear what has changed, but it seems like Hilton may be limiting rewards for corporate bookings made through Concur.
