Amtrak Thruway showing as Greyhound, is that normal?

First time taking an Amtrak Thruway bus and my ticket says the segment is operated by Greyhound. Just trying to figure out if that means it’s actually a Greyhound bus, or if Thruway just contracts them and it works the same.

Also curious about onboard stuff if it is a Greyhound bus, does that mean there’ll be WiFi and power outlets? I always thought Thruway buses usually didn’t have those, so I’m not sure what to expect.
