I actually love that American Airlines is bringing back little things like pajamas for business class passengers. It might sound minor, but to me, it shows they’re starting to care more about the experience, not just the logistics. I’ve done my fair share of long-haul flights, and I know how miserable they can get so being able to change into soft sleepwear, settle in with a mattress topper, and just feel human again makes a big difference.
Honestly, I miss when flying felt special. Somewhere along the line, it became all about squeezing more people in and cutting corners. So when I see moves like this, it makes me hopeful. I want travel to feel intentional again, and for once, it feels like a step in the right direction.
