That must have been absolutely terrifying for the passengers. A sudden abort, violent shaking, tilting on the runway, and then evacuating via emergency slides while smoke or fire is spotted underneath? Not the kind of excitement anyone signs up for. It’s good to hear only one person had a minor injury, but still, between this and the Southwest dive in Burbank, the weekend hasn't exactly boosted confidence in domestic flights. These MAX 8s have already had their share of scrutiny. I'm wondering how quickly AA got people rebooked or if there was chaos in the terminal afterward.
Anyone flying out of DEN around that time and saw the aftermath?
