Currently watching snow pile up at ATL and starting to ask the real questions. Why has no Delta employee come over to deliver my standard in flight order of Sun Chips, all four chips included, plus a Biscoff cookie and a ginger ale?
Before anyone says I’m being dramatic, I’d like to point out that I am a Silver Medallion. Which means Delta is fully aware of my existence and has chosen to do absolutely nothing about it.
I’m not asking for a hotel voucher. I’m not asking for miles. I’m not even asking for the plane to leave. I just want the snacks I am clearly, morally, and possibly legally entitled to if I’m going to be trapped here forever.
Is that really too much to ask?
