I always thought this was one of those things Alaska actually did well… but waiting an hour for a bag kinda defeats the whole point.
Feels like one of those policies that sounds great but gets harder to actually claim, especially if the baggage office line is packed and you don’t have time to wait.
Curious if they still honor it consistently or if it’s become more of a “on paper” thing now.
