Logged into the Alaska app today and got the “1 trip removed” notification now my October booking is gone. Tried the website too and it’s missing there as well, but when I look it up by confirmation number it just says “trip already added.” Super frustrating.
Called VIP support, sat on hold for 90 minutes, and all they told me was to try again tomorrow. Apparently other people are reporting the same thing, so looks like it’s some kind of glitch.
