A few weeks ago people were posting about phantom status upgrades showing up by mistake. Mine said Platinum, which I definitely did not earn.
Fast forward to today and a Platinum luggage tag shows up in the mail. Still not actually Platinum though.
Guess they decided to lean into it anyway. Kind of funny, kind of confusing.
