Got invited to this Alaska event at Willmott’s Ghost at The Sphere and ended up chatting with a few execs. Sounds like they know all about the mileage fraud stuff and are trying to roll out 2FA sometime before the end of the year.
They also admitted the app and site aren’t great right now and said a new system is in the works. Really hoping it’s not just talk, especially with Delta pushing harder in SEA.
