Al Mourjan access is based on your departing flight, not the one you arrived on. So even though you’re flying business into DOH, since you’re connecting onward in economy to BKK, you won’t get Al Mourjan access for the layover.
Your oneworld Emerald status still gets you into the Qatar Gold or Platinum lounges, which are solid, but Al Mourjan is business class only on the onward segment. They’re pretty strict about it.
People ask this all the time and the answer is almost always disappointing, unfortunately.
