I’m currently on Island Princess and went to Guest Services to update my credit card on my account. There was a line of about 10–12 people, but no one at the “Suites and Elite” counter.
Since I’m Elite, I went up to that counter and was immediately helped by a Guest Services rep who came out from the back office.
While I was being assisted, a woman from the regular line came over and started giving me grief for “cutting the line.” I pointed out the “Suites and Elite” sign and said I was fine, and the rep also confirmed it was the correct counter for me. She muttered something and went back to her line.
Am I the asshole here?
