Aita for calling out a couple who cut the line at airport security carry-on screening?

I was lining up for the carry-on security screening at the airport when a young couple moved ahead of us with their bins.

They had noticeably more items than we did and were not ready to go through as quickly as my wife and daughter. It felt like they were just trying to skip ahead without asking anyone.

I called them out for being rude because, in my view, if you want to go ahead in a queue like that, you should at least ask or acknowledge the people already waiting. Otherwise, you should just wait your turn like everyone else.

Was I out of line for saying something, or is this just normal airport behavior I should ignore?
