Had an Air India flight from DEL to Pune that got diverted to Mumbai, and after sitting on the aircraft for hours they just canceled the whole thing. Now customer service is saying we aren’t eligible for a refund because we were “on the flight,” which makes zero sense when they literally dropped us in the wrong city and never completed the trip.
Really confused how they can deny a refund when the airline didn’t deliver the itinerary at all. Anyone dealt with this before and managed to get their money back?
