Air India recently delivered a premium welcome kit to me at home after my tier upgrade, although it took around three months to arrive.
The package included a black Nappa Dori leather portfolio, a matching passport zip wallet, custom playing cards, a commemorative coin featuring Tata Airlines and a vintage De Havilland Puss Moth, a Maharaja-themed gold magnet, a luggage tag, and a welcome letter.
Overall, the kit feels thoughtfully designed with a strong heritage theme and attention to detail. The only issue was that I received just one luggage tag instead of two.
