Air India lands into more passenger complaints now for bad service

Air India’s in hot water again, and this time it’s not about delays or tech — it’s plain old bad service. The aviation ministry just flagged them for rising passenger complaints, especially on international routes. One guy said the crew acted like they were doing him a favor by just showing up.

This is after all the hype around their fleet revamp and rebranding. But clearly the soft product (crew attitude, responsiveness, consistency) isn’t matching the hard upgrades. I want to root for them, but stories like this make me nervous about booking long-haul with AI anytime soon. Anyone flown them recently?
