Booked a round trip on Air India Express Lite for 4 people under the same PNR. When I checked the ticket details, only one passenger shows 15kg checked baggage and the other three show 0kg.
After looking into it, I realized Express Lite doesn’t include checked baggage by default. That explains the 0kg, but now I’m confused why one passenger even has 15kg showing.
Are there any options to add checked baggage other than paying for add ons? Or is purchasing baggage in advance the only way with Express Lite fares?
Trying to figure out the best way to fix this before travel.
