My wife and I are flying business class to Egypt at the end of January. Just noticed that on my Air France e-ticket, my last name is completely missing. It shows my first name and middle names only. Passport and booking receipt both have my full name correct.
Booking company confirmed it’s right on their end and said Air France also sees the issue, but it’s been a week with no fix or follow up. I’ve tried calling Air France directly twice and couldn’t get through after sitting on hold forever.
I’m based in LA near LAX. Would it make sense to go to the Air France terminal in person with my passport and documents, or is there a better way to get this sorted quickly? Starting to get nervous the closer we get to the trip.
