Air France seat guidance for babymoon. Are these seats good?

Hi everyone,

I am taking my wife on a babymoon and I am trying to decide if these seats are a good choice.

It is just the two of us, so we are looking for some privacy. The seats are also located near the lavatory since she needs to use the bathroom frequently.

Has anyone sat in similar seats on Air France or KLM? I would really appreciate feedback on comfort, noise, privacy, and whether the proximity to the lavatory is a problem or actually convenient.
