Trying to change a Tokyo to Auckland ticket I bought for 867 NZD last week, and the whole thing feels insane. Air China’s site showed the new date at around 1.2k NZD. But both the phone agent and email agent told me it was 3,900 NZD. Per person. One way.
Sent them screenshots and literally right after the call, the price on one of the dates suddenly jumped to match their 3.9k quote. Less than an hour later.
Feels like I’m losing my mind here. Anyone dealt with this before?
