Tried checking in for my flight and it turned into an hour of pure chaos. App made me build an account, then told me my info was wrong even though it wasn’t. Website froze, then said my flights didn’t exist, then said no passengers existed, then threw random errors like “null.” Hyphen in my name messed up half the process.
Tried adding my partner, that failed too until like the fifth try. Finally got a screen saying check in was successful, but the boarding pass options wouldn’t load. Reloaded, then it suddenly said check in failed because of my name again. Now I’m locked out of the app unless I get a text code that never arrives.
I’ve never seen a more broken system for something this important. Absolutely wild.
