Saw this article saying Air Canada owes passengers over $66 million in compensation not refunds, not rebookings, but actual EU/UK261 payouts they haven’t made. Wild to think how many people got delayed or canceled and never saw a dime.
Makes me wonder how many folks just gave up on filing or didn’t even know they were owed. Feels like airlines bet on people not fighting for it.
