After almost 3 million miles on Delta, Goodbye Delta.

I am switching to another airline to fly to Europe from the US. I tried to book a flight to Milan last week and the fares were absurdly high. This has been happening for a while now. Hence, after many years of Diamond status and often going out of my way to fly with Delta: I'm done. I feel like there are no perks left flying with them and I feel I am the victim of price gauging. So, here I am at T7 JFK waiting to board a business class flight to Rome on Norse Atlantic airlines at 35 % less than the equivalent Delta fare.
