Well that’s a big move Accor just picked up Treasure Island in Vegas and it’s now their largest hotel globally. Kind of wild to think this old-school Strip classic is joining a soft brand like Handwritten Collection. I stayed there years ago and it had that unmistakable early-2000s Vegas vibe, so I’m curious what they’ve done with the recent refresh. Cirque, Gilley’s, and now an Accor flag? That’s quite the combo.
Anyone else think this might mark the beginning of more European hotel brands trying to get a foothold in Vegas?
