Long shot, but hoping this reaches the right person.
On Dec 12, 2025, I arrived at Toronto Pearson on the evening FlixBus coming from London and Waterloo/Kitchener. I accidentally grabbed the wrong suitcase. I didn’t realize until later, checked it onward to my final destination, then left it at the airport when I noticed it wasn’t mine.
Using my AirTag, I eventually located my own bag in Etobicoke and realized what had happened. Air Canada had kept the other passenger’s bag at Pearson and let me return it to Toronto.
Since then, I’ve been trying for over a month to get FlixBus to help notify the owner. Multiple contacts, zero response. When I was back in Toronto last weekend, I spoke directly to a FlixBus driver who took the suitcase back to their office/garage (run by the third party operator).
My worry is that because FlixBus has been completely unresponsive, the owner may never be told their suitcase was found. The bag unfortunately has no name or identifying info.
Posting here in case the owner or someone who knows them sees this. Would really like to get it back to the right person.
