I accidentally submitted refund requests for 3 out of 5 tickets on an upcoming trip and only realized afterward what I had done.
I called SAS twice to try and cancel the refund request, but they told me it is not possible to reverse it. They did say they added a note to my case for the back office and that there is a chance they may be able to stop it from being processed.
Has anyone been in a similar situation and managed to cancel a refund request after submitting it
I am now trying to prepare in case I have to rebook those tickets and potentially lose a lot of money.
