I fly CLT–LGA almost every week for work and just saw the new policy where basic economy earns zero miles. My company definitely won’t approve paying extra just so I can earn points, so now I’m basically flying for free on the loyalty side.
If that’s really how it’s going to be, I might just switch to Delta. Anyone else’s employer saying anything about this yet?
