Has anyone else noticed American selling connections through Heathrow with only about an hour between flights?
Official MCT at LHR is 75 minutes if you’re staying in the same terminal. The itineraries I’m seeing require a terminal change, which makes this feel completely unrealistic.
An hour at Heathrow with a terminal transfer is basically asking to misconnect. Security alone can eat most of that time on a good day.
How is AA even allowed to sell connections below published MCT like this? Or am I missing some loophole here?
