Over a month with no real response would drive me insane, especially when Prague already confirmed it was loaded. At that point it’s clearly somewhere in the system and you just need an actual human to look.
The worst part is not even the money. It’s the stuff you can’t replace. That feeling of just wanting your own things back.
I’ve seen people say what finally worked was filing a formal written complaint through their customer relations page and also escalating through aviation authorities. Once it goes from “lost bag email” to official complaint, sometimes they suddenly respond.
Really hope it turns up. A month is way too long to just be ignored
