Since you’re arriving from London, you will have to clear US immigration, collect your checked bag, go through customs, recheck the bag, and then clear security again. There’s no internal sterile transfer when entering the US, even if it’s the same airline.
JetBlue does use the same terminal at JFK, which helps, but 75 minutes doesn’t leave much margin at all. If immigration is empty and your flight is on time, you might make it. If there’s even a small delay or a line at passport control, it gets dicey fast.
Also factor in that boarding for Vegas will start well before departure time, so your real cutoff is earlier than the scheduled takeoff.
If there’s any way to move to a later JFK to Vegas flight, I’d do it for peace of mind. Otherwise, be prepared to move fast and hope the stars align.
It’s doable, but it’s not comfortable.
