We only have about 7 days for a trip to Italy (June 24–July 1) due to wedding and family plans, so our time is quite limited.
We’re trying to decide between:
Rome + Florence only
or
Rome + Florence + Venice
We’ve heard that 7 days might be too rushed for 3 cities, but we are still very interested in seeing Venice.
We enjoy sightseeing, but we also value a more relaxed trip where we can experience local food and culture instead of constantly moving.
Would adding Venice make the trip too rushed, or is it still doable and enjoyable in this timeframe?
