Had a 5am international departure and showed up around 3am thinking I’d be early enough. Turns out only one security line per terminal was open and no TSA PreCheck at all.
Bag drop looked like chaos so we just carried everything on.
Honestly wasn’t expecting it to be that limited that early. If you’ve got an early flight like this, probably worth planning for fewer open lines than usual.
