Sitting here watching Flight 688 get delayed four hours because the espresso machine in first class is broken.
Eight people are affected. The rest of the plane doesn’t even get espresso. And the whole flight is just stuck.
Is this actually a thing airlines delay for? Or is someone wildly over prioritizing a coffee machine over getting hundreds of people where they need to go?
Genuinely asking if this is normal or if this is peak airline nonsense.
