I have traveled a lot, but I have never experienced a more confusing major airport than this. It took me about 30 minutes just to get out of the terminal after deplaning.
After that, I waited another 10 minutes for a shuttle to the Uber pickup area, then another 10 minutes to actually reach the rideshare lot. I also could not request an Uber until I was physically close enough to the pickup zone.
Overall, it took about an hour after landing with only carry-on luggage just to leave the airport. The terminals are nice, but the exit and ground transport process feels extremely inefficient.
