This is actually a really nice itinerary already.
You’ve got the big ones covered (Uffizi, Accademia, Duomo area), and you didn’t try to cram too much into each day, which is where people usually mess up Florence.
Only thing I’d say:
Day 1 sounds perfect, just keep it light after arrival. Wandering + food is the best intro to Florence anyway.
Day 2 might feel a bit heavy depending on how long your tours are. Those museums can be exhausting, so maybe leave some buffer time instead of stacking too much after.
Day 3 is good, but I’d maybe pick between Boboli Gardens or just relaxing / exploring more casually. Florence is one of those cities where just walking around ends up being the highlight.
Also maybe squeeze in:
Piazzale Michelangelo for sunset if you haven’t planned that yet
Just getting lost in side streets with no plan
Honestly though… this is already better planned than most.
