I have two Air France flights:
• March 14 Paris to Amsterdam at 12:35
• March 15 Amsterdam to Hyderabad at 11:20
Both are Air France but booked separately with different confirmation numbers. I already called and had them link the bookings.
There is about a 24 hour gap in Amsterdam and I would love to explore the city without my luggage.
Has anyone managed to check their bags all the way through in a situation like this? Can I drop them in Paris and have them tagged directly to Hyderabad, or will they make me collect them in AMS because of the overnight stop?
Would appreciate any real world experience with this.
