Ordered takeout in Wynwood and they slapped on a 20% service charge at pickup. Their website doesn’t show it for takeout, but in person they insisted it’s on every order, dine-in or not. Felt like a scam, especially when the food was already pricey.
I paid but honestly left annoyed. Guess this is just Miami tourist trap stuff, but wow. Definitely going to avoid in-person orders around Wynwood from now on.
