My wife is flying NRT to SEA with our 1.5 year old. Right now they are in JAL premium economy for 40k Alaska miles.
I just saw business class open up for 60k and now I am debating what makes more sense. Should I book two business class seats so the toddler has their own space? Or book one J seat and add the baby as a lap infant?
Not sure how much the taxes and fees would be for a lap infant on an award ticket, which makes me wonder if it is smarter to just grab two J seats and be done with it.
Anyone done something similar on JAL?
