Two Delta Connection regional jets operated by Endeavor Air collided while taxiing at New York’s LaGuardia Airport on October 1, 2025. The incident occurred when one aircraft arriving from Charlotte crossed paths with another departing for Roanoke, leading to a low-speed impact that damaged a cockpit windshield and a wingtip. Emergency crews responded immediately, and although a flight attendant sustained a minor knee injury, all passengers were safely evacuated. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is investigating the cause of the collision, while Delta emphasized that passenger safety remains its top priority and that both aircraft will undergo thorough inspection before returning to service.
