$190 total for two from ORD to SAN… mistake or just a steal?

If that’s roundtrip for both, that’s a really good deal. If it’s one way for both, it’s still solid but not unheard of.

Chicago to SoCal is competitive. AA, United, Southwest, sometimes Alaska… prices can dip hard when they’re trying to fill seats, especially in basic economy.

True “mistake fares” are usually way more extreme, like $190 roundtrip to Europe. ORD to SAN for under $100 per person each way in basic isn’t crazy in a sale.

If it’s showing consistently through checkout and not glitching, it’s probably just a good fare.

I’d book it and not overthink it.
