Was looking at the 7-day thermal suite pass on an upcoming Alaska cruise with Princess. It sounded like a nice way to relax during the trip, especially on sea days.
But when I checked with customer service they said the $149 pass only gives you one 15-minute slot per day.
Fifteen minutes total to use the therapy pool, steam room, heated lounges, etc. That barely feels like enough time to settle in, let alone enjoy everything.
Kind of killed the idea for me.
