For me, China takes it. The setup just feels intense lots of checkpoints, handheld scanners, tons of cameras, those fast-moving security rooms.
UAE and Iraq (post-2017) felt pretty relaxed on arrival, Australia was more high-tech and slow, Iran was standard.
